- Document Verification & Filing â Ensure all invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders match and are properly filed for customs and audit purposes
- System & Portal UpdatesâMaintain records in SAP, the SST portal, and delivery apps to ensure accurate transaction tracking
- Invoice Matching & Filing â Ensure all Account Receivable invoices are matched with acknowledged Delivery Orders, properly attached, and sequentially filed. Follow up with colleagues to collect signed copies for audit purposes
- Courier & Payment Handling â Arrange cheque collection, bank-in, and courier document processing before 10 AM daily
- Other Duties â Manage incoming courier invoices, attend necessary training, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Candidates must have skills and knowledge in SAP, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Logical Reasoning
