We are an established events company in KL looking for immediate hiring of a Creative Lead/Manager for Events.

Location : Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur

Position : Creative Lead/Manager

Salary : RM4,000 – RM7,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines and strategies in various event projects and oversee them to completion
  • To create creative event proposal and presentation decks to clients
  • To work with a team of designers, illustrators, copywriters
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
  • Train and guide junior staff into accomplished professionals
  • Problem solving, space planning, on-site technical surveying & measuring
  • Translating concept visuals into accurate production ready working drawings
  • Required to work closely with the sales and operations team to conceptualise ideas and submit proposals on time
  • May be required to take on client servicing role when required

Qualification & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in advertising, fine art, design or related disciplines
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in Creative line mainly in the event industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) or AutoCAD, 3D MAX, V-RAY
  • Ability to handle strategizing, campaign execution and art direction
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time and project management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
