Job Benefits
- To oversee daily warehouse operations & activities to ensure effectiveness & efficiently of warehouse operations;
- To fully responsible the preparation & planning of inbound and outbound activities;
- Active communication with Technician on materials supply arrangement & planning;
- To ensure timely issuing and completeness of pick lists to Technical department according to the production plan;
- Support in inventory management which including inventory accuracy in physical;
- To lead in stock check and cycle count;
- Liaison and keep track on missed schedule deliveries and parts shortages from suppliers;
- To ensure the minimum and maximum stock level practices in warehouse;
- To prepare monthly analysis and summary inventory movements;
- Produce monthly report relates to all warehouse operations activities, issues and solutions;
- To ensure ââFirst In First Out'' practice in the warehouse;
- To ensure subordinates works according to the work instructions and process flows;
- To support the head of department on department improvements plan with recommendations and proposals.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management or any equivalent qualification;
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Able to work under fast pace working environment
- Al least 2 years working experience in Warehouse/ Store/ Logistic
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution hardware.
