- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Philippines
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness
