Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Philippines
  • Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms
  • Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent
  • Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  • Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations


Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness
