Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott’s Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott’s Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell’s soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia’s extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
They join The Arnott’s Group’s portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand’s favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.

Job Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with brand objectives and retail partners to maximize market impact.
Campaign Development:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer retention, increasing product adoption, and encouraging upselling and cross-selling.
Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the execution of in-store promotions, POS materials, and trade events to drive consumer engagement and sales.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide tailored trade marketing activities.
- Enable retail teams to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic support.
Customer Segmentation and Insights:
- Analyze customer data to segment customers based on behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for each customer segment.
Joint Business Planning (JBP):
- Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with key retail partners.
- Align on common objectives, financial goals, and shared business initiatives to drive mutual growth and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners to ensure successful collaboration and execution of JBP initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently.
- Ensure optimal allocation and tracking of spending to maximize ROI.
Performance Reporting:
- Analyze the performance of trade marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Working closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure the marketing strategies align with broader business goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, including a demonstrated track record in a leadership role managing a team of trade marketers.
- Proven track record in executing successful trade marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and brand teams to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
- Ability to manage budgets and track ROI effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
