Job Descriptions:

  1. Responsible to achieve the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in certain city.
  2. Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees. Assist to resolve issues, achieve store coverage rate, provide training to achieve retail store sell out target.
  3. Manage & train promoter/retail sales team, ensure punctuality & attendance, set sell out target and ensure achievement.
  4. Manage company retail store merchandising: - mount up POSM and gift, live demo units display, upkeep company retail store and brand image according to the guideline to build brand awareness.
  5. Execute retail promotions/ activities to achieve good results. Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
  6. Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities and market situation.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field/discipline.
  2. Good computer Knowledge/Skills (MS Word, Excel & Power point).
  3. Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
  4. Must have a sense of responsibility and be willing to be held accountable.
  5. Hunger for knowledge, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  6. Good communication skills and independent.
  7. Applicants must be willing to work in any location all across Malaysia as per assigned by the Company.
  8. Must hold driving license, own a car and willing to travel outstation.
  9. The position is currently open for Central (KL/Selangor), East Coast (Kuantan), Johor, and Sarawak regions.
