Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell’s soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia’s extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
They join The Arnott’s Group’s portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand’s favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.
Position based in Bangsar South
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee tailored research studies to promptly address business inquiries, delivering actionable and meaningful insights that enhance consumer experiences understanding.
- Effective project management includes coordinating with research agencies and collaborating with internal teams. Guide external research partners to ensure consumer research meets agreed-upon quality, cost, and timeline objectives while fully addressing research goals.
- Integrating various data sources to generate consumer and market insights, facilitating recommendations for business impact, supporting content development, and evaluating brand/trade activations.
- Analyze data sources, focusing on root cause analysis through data mining and collaboration with other teams. Formulate hypotheses that inform actions, further research, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:
- At least 5 years in market research including Quantitative and Qualitative research
- Prior data firm or brand based experience
- Expert in Nielsen / Kantar research tools
- Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit and leadership qualities
- Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
