Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the data analysis of core business indicators, building analysis dashboards, driving the continuous evolution of products with data, and realizing data closed loop;
- Through AB experiments and other means, cooperate with the product team to find the optimal solution for products in actual application scenarios;
- Monitor product usage and business data changes, analyze key indicator data, periodically output business analysis reports, and propose suggestions to promote bsuiness development and innovation;
- Propose application requirements for big data platforms, experimental platforms, etc., drive database construction and platform improvement, and support flexible business analysis at the upper level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field;
- Proficient in using SQL, Excel, Python (or other) to complete data analysis work;
- Be innovative and critical thinking, and be able to drive product improvement through data;
- Have strong communication and expression skills, teamwork skills, strong stress resistance, and adapt to the rhythm or startup companies;
- Be responsible, passionate, and result-oriented, and pursue closed loops.
