What your role will be?
Reporting to the Sr Specialist, Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to:
- To ensure timely and accurate order processing and on-time-delivery of outsourced products from suppliers to Ansell regions
- To provide order & shipment data and feedback for business process reporting.
- To ensure documentation provided to regions on timely manner
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Responsible for conformance to corporate policies, documented procedures, and work instructions in accordance to sourcing & procurement processes.
- To support projects related to the job as assigned.
- To support and provide training to supplier for Ansell vendor self-service portal
- To support on ad-hoc request
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Degree in Supply chain / Procurement
- Knowledge of purchasing module on ERP preferred.
- Literate in basic computer application software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good spoken and written English and proficiency in Chinese speaking as we need to take care China counterpart
- Meticulous in performing assigned duties and punctuality in response time
- Possess high standard of personal and collaborative team work.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Fresh graduate will be considered.
