Position Objective:

  1. To create innovative creative and graphic concepts that support the company’s brand, marketing, products, web graphics and dynamically drive the company’s brand.
  2. Create design concepts, graphics, and layouts for products illustrations, events, festival decoration, promotional displays and websites.
  3. Assist the creative visual team from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies and ensuring that creative output adheres to brand standards and delivers business results.
  4. Revise, edit, proofread content, and conduct quality control.
  5. To meet deadlines while working quickly and accurately and must be able assist other designer by own knowledge and experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, develop and produce materials in printed or electronic formats for a large variety of projects and activities such as promotional, posters, web graphics, events, social media and corporate identity.
  2. Assist the creative team from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies and ensuring that creative output adheres to brand standards and delivers business results.
  3. To handle some other ad-hoc projects from time to time.
  4. Follow the trend time to time and able to share own experience and skill to other designer.
  5. Be photographer and able to create video animation/ motion graphic for online used.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  1. At least Degree in Art / Creative Multimedia / Advertising Media /
  2. Graphic Design or its equivalent.
  3. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  4. Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.
  5. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Graphic Skills. Utilizing visual and digital tools such as photographs, animation, and images
  6. Discussing ideas to conceptualize designs
  7. Coordinating work between marketing teams, artists and clients
  8. Creating templates, drafts and design specs for a company's design work.
  9. Recommended for 1 - 3 years working experience in a related field.
