Job Summary:
Responsible to drive product expansion, optimize vendor negotiations and enhance store promotions. This role involves sourcing and developing new products and collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales performance and achieve department KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, plan and develop new products to assist in expansion and organic growth.
- Involve in negotiation with vendors to get the best deal based on price, quality, distribution cost, and other factors.
- Involve in promotion and in store promotion activities to drive the store sales.
- Study competitor, market /competitor visit to understanding merchandise assortment availability, promotion activity and market prices.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve department KPI.
- Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- At Least 1 - 3 years of experience in Merchandising, retail buying or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Have good sense of understanding of retail operations, supply chain processes and sales trends.
