Job Purpose:

This role will focus on developing data-driven insights, optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) processes, and driving actionable strategies. Experience with HubSpot CRM platforms will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence:

  • Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze Group’s TCV and Revenue trends, performance metrics, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Business Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management and global subsidiaries to integrate BI insights into long-term business strategies.
  • Identify key opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth through data analysis.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance and customer engagement.

CRM Management:

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot, to streamline sales and marketing processes.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and consistency by establishing best practices for data entry and maintenance.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by automating workflows, creating reports, and optimizing CRM functionality.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align BI and CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to teams to enhance the effective use of CRM tools.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies and support personalized marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer and sales data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Generate and present reports for leadership to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, CRM management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
