About The Job

Position: Business Development Specialist

Level: Senior/Executive

As a Business Development Specialist/Executive, you will have a vital role in promoting the adoption and growth of our payment channel partners, both new and existing. Your responsibilities will include establishing partnerships and working closely with business partners and cross-functional teams at Bitzaro.

What you be doing:

· Work with the Senior Management team to develop and execute business development strategies and projects

· Create viable commercial models and deal structures for clients and partners.

· Foster relationships with blockchain, fintech, and digital asset industries to discover new opportunities and potential partnerships.

· Acquire international pay-in methods (payment channels) such as bank cards, e-wallets and bank transfers

· Acquire domestic unified payment services (e.g. Malaysia’s DuitNow, Singapore’s PayNow etc.)

· Acquire local pay-in methods (remittance channels) such as mobile wallets (Philippine’s Paymaya etc.)

· Actively secure competitive rates for all pay-in and pay-out channels, including sourcing payment service providers, and remittance partners, and setting up infrastructure (including acquiring licenses if necessary) to connect directly with acquirers/payment channels.

· Lead and carry out business negotiations for partnerships.

· Work closely with the Products, Marketing and other cross-functional teams across the business

· Tap into your existing network and also continue to build a broad network of relationships within the Payments industry globally to identify opportunities.

· Carry out market research for best practices in the world of payments, giving market insights to the management team

Who we are looking for:

· Passionate in Fintech business model and deal structure development.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver engaging presentations.

· Familiarity with Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technologies is advantageous.

· Previous exposure to an international company with a global reach is a plus.

· Resourceful, creative, and highly self-motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment

· Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, exudes executive presence, and excels in simplifying complex concepts.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Good command of English language
