Payment Team Lead

Payment Specialist to manage and optimize their payment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute payment transactions using various payment methods,
including Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), Payment Service Providers (PSPs),
and client money account operations.
• Monitor and reconcile payment records to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve
discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal
policies related to payment processing.
• Implement fraud detection and prevention measures to safeguard against
unauthorized transactions.
• Work closely with fintech payment platforms and technologies to streamline and
enhance payment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment systems, working
in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Assist customers with payment-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective
resolution of issues.
• Stay updated with emerging payment trends, regulatory changes, and best
practices in the forex and financial services industry.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in payment operations, preferably within the forex, fintech, or
financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of various payment solutions, including EMI, PSPs, and client
fund management.
• Familiarity with financial regulations related to payment transactions and client
fund security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot payment system
issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving
business needs.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external
payment providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
