Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Petaling Jaya. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting visitors, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Additional clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and other administrative support duties as needed are also part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
  • Clerical Skills, including data entry and filing
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus
