Sales Operations Support (CRM System, Permanent Role)
The Client
The Client is an established IT Security Product and Services company with offices located in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. With continuous expansion and growth, they are looking to hire and expand their manpower in the region.
The Job
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Sales in certain administrative duties whilst also fronting and supporting customers needs and enquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining updated records in CRM.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to assist the sales team in decision-making
- Prepare and organize sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and file contracts, invoices, and other important sales-related documents.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Liaise with other departments (such as logistics and finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in customer-fronting role and sales support
- Prior experience in preparing quotations, invoices and order processing.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to speak in Chinese would be an added advantage as the candidate might need to liaise with Chinese clients.
