Mechanical Engineer

 Develop and optimize sheet metal product designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).  Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for production.  Select appropriate materials and ensure designs meet functional and cost requirements.  Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication.  Ensure proper use of machines like laser cutters, CNC punching machines, press brakes, and welding equipment.  Analyze production workflows and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.  Ensure all products meet quality and industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.).  Conduct inspections, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for defects.  Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain consistent product excellence.  Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment used in fabrication.  Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.  Work with maintenance teams to implement improvements and enhance reliability.  Work closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.  Manage engineering projects, timelines, and budgets related to new product development and process improvement.  Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.
