Purpose of the Position
- Ensures effective administration, including billing, cylinder asset management, and query/complaint management, through proactive liaison between Satellite team and LBSC.
- Collaborates with country branch teams and internal departments to ensure proper documentation handling and a coordinated approach to the OTC process.
What You’ll Need to Do
- Ensures compliance with safety legislation and guidelines while handling physical administration tasks accurately and timely, utilizing SAP and associated systems.
- Provides comprehensive support for tasks such as leave management, returned mail, cylinder complaint handling, and ensures accurate documentation for the OTC process.
- Prioritizes customer inquiries, resolves issues rapidly, and works with the Customer Service Manager to address root cause issues and ensure accurate administration handling.
- Tracks and ensures completeness of billing for Customer Returned Cylinder Defects Forms (CRCDF), meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and supports ad hoc tasks or projects as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years + experience in administration role – operations, commercial, sales or related role and SAP knowledge as a plus.
- Solid understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of admin and the role within the OTC process.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent and accurate results to required deadlines.
- Ability to review process and develop improvement to create the most optimum way.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
