Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • To assist HR Manager
  • Liaise with government departments (Ministry of Health, Immigration, Labour Department, KWSP, SOCSO & etc.)
  • Assist in conducting orientation for recruits & entrance interviews or follow-up
  • Administer & update employee benefits including insurance claims, medical claims verification, and leave applications.
  • Assist in preparing month-end payroll
  • Assist in HR Projects (eg, Employee Handbook & policies review, etc)

Administrative Duties

  • Handle director’s personal travel arrangement, facilities maintenance & payments.
  • Handle ad-hoc general office administration
  • Any other projects or assignments as required by the management

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently
  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Payroll System and Immigration Issues
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
