Responsibilities:
Human Resource
- To assist HR Manager
- Liaise with government departments (Ministry of Health, Immigration, Labour Department, KWSP, SOCSO & etc.)
- Assist in conducting orientation for recruits & entrance interviews or follow-up
- Administer & update employee benefits including insurance claims, medical claims verification, and leave applications.
- Assist in preparing month-end payroll
- Assist in HR Projects (eg, Employee Handbook & policies review, etc)
Administrative Duties
- Handle director’s personal travel arrangement, facilities maintenance & payments.
- Handle ad-hoc general office administration
- Any other projects or assignments as required by the management
Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently
- The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Payroll System and Immigration Issues
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
