Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and provide HR guidance to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business unit’s needs.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

  • Work with recruitment teams to identify talent gaps and support hiring initiatives for volume-based BPO requirements.

  • Design and execute engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and reduce attrition in the high-turnover BPO industry.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and action plans based on feedback.

Learning and Development

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs.
  • Partner with L&D teams to develop leadership pipelines and upskilling initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Performance Management

  • Support managers in driving performance evaluations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Recommend strategies for managing underperforming employees while fostering a high-performance culture.

Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and BPO-specific regulations.
  • Conduct audits and manage HR documentation for client and internal compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of HRBP or similar experience, preferably in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO-specific challenges, including high-volume hiring, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Skills and Competencies.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing HR metrics and creating data-driven strategies.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HReasily)
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
