
Regional Human Resources PMO
Role Responsibilities:
• HR Process Optimization: Continuously optimize and iterate HR process standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• SSC Lifecycle Procedure Optimization and Digitalization: Optimize and digitalize procedures for Shared Service Center (SSC) lifecycle management.
• Business Process Coordination: Collaborate with Organizational Development (OD) to streamline and document business processes across departments.
• Tax Assistance: Assist overseas employers with tax-related issues and compliance.
• Benefits and Compliance: Manage overseas benefits and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• HR Project Management: Coordinate overall HR project management tasks, including hosting HR internal meetings and acting as HR PMO.
Role Requirements:
• Extensive experience in HR process optimization and project management.
• Strong knowledge of SSC lifecycle management and intelligent system design.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
