Responsibilities

Policies & Procedures:

  • Own and maintain partner policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Empanelment Management

  • Manage and review the empanelment process for partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new developers and projects.
  • Maintain relationships with existing empaneled partners.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners.

Market Sizing And Opportunity Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics and demand for commercial properties.
  • Prepare reports on market potential and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies for market expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive financing products.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and networking activities.

Compliance And Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance of partners and projects with bank policies.
  • Monitor performance of empaneled projects and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of partners and assess associated risks.

Periodic Reviews

  • Regularly review partners for compliance and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Identify and mitigate over-concentration risk among partners.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of empaneled partners and market research findings.
  • Oversee the management of documentation and system updates.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on key activities and progress.

Frequent Travel

  • Travel to meet developers and real estate stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits for project assessments.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

  • A degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience relevant to end financing, real estate sales, or other related fields.
  • Familiar with real estate financing, market conditions and property appraisal processes to effectively assess and manage the end financing options related to the real estate.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently without much supervision, resourceful, innovative and is a team player
