Solutions Engineer (Internship)

Job description

Join our innovative team as a Solutions Engineer Intern. Your role involves assisting in the design and implementation of technical solutions for clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients, participating in client meetings to understand their needs and requirements, documenting technical processes and solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of technical implementations and supports to customers.
  • Encourage own and team development and advancement in Microsoft technologies and solutions through internal sharing and development environment.
  • Involved in project as key project delivery member to deliver solutions to customer environment.
  • Engage with Solution Architect, partner and principal in architecting solutions for customer needs and expectations.
  • Engage with customers in discussions, presentations and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions provided by the project teams, as well as perform walk-through of work products and deliverables with the clients.
  • Engage with customers on a regular basis to define problem statements, analyze key priorities/issues, and work with project team members to develop action plans with project manager.
  • Provide technical advisory to team members in resolving technical challenges.
  • Coordinate issues resolution activities with team members, subject matter expert, solution partner and principal.
  • Attend in-person meetings with customer to investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose of issues reported by customer.
  • Develop preventive measures to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure support tickets ticket are attended in timely manner and provide resolution.
  • Practice troubleshooting framework and maintain detail record of issue logs and resolution in knowledge base

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or fresh graduates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus.
  • Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if required.
  • Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
