Role Purpose
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding efforts. You will work closely with the Malaysia and Singapore Human Resources team to assist in building our employer brand, enhancing employee experiences, and supporting recruitment processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and creative environment.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for executive level and interns including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage and update all job levels of applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Support the preparation of recruitment reports and analysis of recruitment metrics.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support the creation and dissemination of employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence on social media, career websites, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating content for recruitment marketing campaigns, including linkedin postings and video creation
- Participate in employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and other outreach activities.
- Assist in the coordination of training related activities.
- Provide support for HR reporting related to recruitment and engagement metrics.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required by the HR team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Malay, both oral and written
- Strong organizational, comprehension and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
