E-Commerce Marketing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, both can be used as working communication languages and reporting to China manager.
- Experience in Shopee/Lazada operations is preferred.
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible, sincere, earnest, and strong sense of purpose.
Main Responsibilities:
- Platform Store Operations
- (a) New product listings, product optimization (including uniform store style, title, and description optimization).
- (b) Familiar with store advertising, controlling ad spend, and optimizing keywords to improve ad ROI and sales volume.
- (c) Knowledgeable about platform activity rules, such as big promotions and flash sales.
- (d) Responsible for product selection, with the ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
- (e) Promptly handle store orders, ensuring timely shipping.
- (f) Coordinate with overseas warehouses, including product stocking, shipment creation, and inventory management.
- (g) Respond to customer messages and emails, ensuring quality pre-sale and post-sale service. Maintain store response rate; responses must be sent within 12 hours to avoid negative impact on response metrics, and avoid prohibited terms on the platform.
- (h) Basic Photoshop skills are required for image optimization. Collaborate with the design team for major promotional materials or main images.
- Familiar with platform operating rules to effectively plan and execute promotions.
- Basic Photoshop skills are needed for general image adjustments, with collaboration with the design department for promotional materials.
- Complete assigned sales targets and any additional tasks.

(g) 回复客户信息及邮箱,保证产品的售前售后服务,保持店铺回复率。需注意:回复时间间隔不可超过12小时 超过时间即会影响店铺回复率,不可以发送平台违禁词 。
(h) 熟悉PS基本操作,具备普通的改图优化能力,大促素材或主图可与公司美工对接。
