Sales Executive (Production Printers)
We are seeking talents to be part of the FUJIFILM Business Innovation sales team to contribute to the growth of our organization. Our ideal candidate must be highly driven to achieve and have strong business acumen. In this role, your prime focus is to understand the market to provide business insights and recommendations that adds value to our customers.
What will your role be?
- Identify every prospective client in the territory/account listing assigned, focusing on Graphic Communication Services product portfolio.
- Conduct day to day sales activities, i.e. account management, cold calling, product demonstration, and proposal presentation
- Plan and manage sales cycles to optimize opportunities.
- Build and continue business relationship.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients.
- Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints.
- Maintaining and updating customers records and information. Basic responsibilities are to update customer visit, demo, cold call, etc. activities on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Advertising/Media, or relevant.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Sales / Account Management
- IT knowledge or Prints/Media/Advertising experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
- Pleasant personality, driven to achieve, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Language: English, Malay & Mandarin (may be required to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
