  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and project budgets.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage subcontractor claims and contracts.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
  • Prepare and review tender documents and participate in tendering processes.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including material sourcing and supplier coordination.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, geotechnical, or civil projects (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
