- Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and project budgets.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage subcontractor claims and contracts.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
- Prepare and review tender documents and participate in tendering processes.
- Assist in procurement processes, including material sourcing and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and industry standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
