Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both back-office and frontline positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, screening criteria, and selection processes that align with business needs.
- Manage the orientation and onboarding process for back-office employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and conduct onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company’s culture, values, policies, and job expectations.
- Work closely with managers to monitor new hires’ progress during the probationary period, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct probation review discussions, gather feedback from managers, and facilitate confirmation or necessary actions for improvement.
- Act as a key advisor for employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand departmental goals, workforce planning needs, and key challenges.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Drive HR-related initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee retention strategies.
- Work with the HR Manager to review, revise, and implement company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to employees and managers through training, briefings, or policy handbooks.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, workplace ethics, and professional conduct to foster a culture of compliance and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. Experience in retail industry is added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and thrive in fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism.
