Job Objective :

  • Process and approve claims within authority limit which include verification of

transactions & preparation of case summaries exceeding limit for superior's approval.

  • Effective claims management in area of timely claims approval, finalization of

outstanding claims & assist superior on other ad hoc jobs.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Analyze claims with regards to liability and quantum before settlement
  • Ensure efficient and effective claims processes for competitive performance
  • Negotiates, settles and/or resolves claims while delivering best in class customer service.
  • Approve/recommend/verify claims within authority limit
  • Vigilance fraudulent claims and fraud claim checklist is filled up for all claims
  • Assist Head to implement innovative claims policies, standards, processes and systems that meet or exceed business objectives in terms of reliability,effectiveness and customers satisfaction.
  • File review
  • Tracking of outstanding claims and claim turn around time.
  • Fasten the turn-around-time Assist Head to implement innovative claims policies, standards, processes and systems that meet or exceed business objectives in terms of reliability, effectiveness and customers satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering or insurance related qualification..
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Non-Motor Claims is required.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate: proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint)
