Sales & E-Commerce Support Coordinator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & E-Commerce Support Coordinator to manage and support our international sales operations. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries or complaints, coordinating shipments, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring seamless export processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, meticulous, and possess strong communication skills to foster strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Customer & Sales Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, addressing inquiries related to quotations, products, samples, shipments, and payment terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Develop and convert new export customers, contributing to business growth.
Order Processing & Coordination
- Process export sales orders accurately, ensuring timely system entry and coordination with production, logistics, and QA teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor and analyse export sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Logistics & Compliance
- Coordinate international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while complying with international trade regulations.
- Ensure all exports align with customer codes of conduct and company policies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (supply chain, R&D, purchasing, QA, and production teams) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Participate in projects related to business development, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Plan and represent the company at international trade shows as per company direction.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and recommend new opportunities to grow business in key export regions.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports as required by management.
- Meet individual and team KPIs set by the company.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales, logistics, or international trade.
- Understanding of export regulations, documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with global clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and solve challenges effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
