  • Formulate yearly Digital Hub staff cost recoupment via Per User Per Month (PUPM) and SLA.
  • Ensure healthy cash flow by timely invoicing and collection of fees charged.
  • Prepare Annual Business Plan and Budget with proper documentation of basis and assumptions for presentation to Management.
  • Prepare and monitor project costing.
  • Manage the financials to prevent cost overrun and ensure expenditure is within budget.
  • Collaborate with Tax team in tax planning and report status to the Management.

  • Ensure compliance of accounts to financial reporting standards.
  • Advise management of any business transactions or business ventures that will impact the financials of the company.
  • To treat customers’ information and material as private & confidential and shall not at any time during or after the services, for any reason whatsoever disclose or permit to disclose to any person, or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information and material relating to the customers’ technology, technical process, business affairs or finances.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in IT industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or any relevant certification is an added advantage)
