Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with government ministries, agencies, universities, and corporate partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Government Training Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with government ministries and agencies to identify and gather training requirements.

Ensure training programs align with government needs and standards.

Reporting to Government Agencies:

Prepare and submit regular reports to government agencies on training outcomes and compliance.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

Representing CCoE at Government Events:

Act as the primary representative of the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CCoE) at government events and meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders.

Non-Training Events:

Organize and participate in non-training events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Promote the CCoE’s mission and programs at these events.

Student Acquisition:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students in cybersecurity training programs.

Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.

University Relationships:

Establish and maintain partnerships with universities to promote cybersecurity education and training.

Coordinate joint programs and initiatives with academic institutions.

Corporate Training Relationships:

Manage relationships with corporate partners to deliver customized training solutions.

Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth in corporate training.

Marketing, Merchandise, and Web Presence:

Oversee marketing efforts, including the development of promotional materials and merchandise.

Ensure the CCoE’s web presence is up-to-date and effectively communicates our offerings.

Social Media:

Manage the CCoE’s social media channels to engage with the community and promote our programs.

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

Certifying of Courseware:

Ensure all courseware meets certification standards and requirements.

Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to maintain high-quality training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field..
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the education or cybersecurity sector..
  • Strong understanding of government operations and requirements..
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills..
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
  • Background in cybersecurity preferred..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software..
  • Willingness to travel as needed..
