Job Description
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Perform follow-up & updates on invoicing and payment status with customers and suppliers.
- Effective follow through to ensure all documents are up to date.
- To monitor department attendance and OT claim submission.
- Perform issuance of administrative documents – Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Orders and etc.
- Record in/out transaction of documents
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in any field
- 1 year working experience in related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good interpersonal skills and meticulous
- Able to work with minimum supervision in a challenging work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
