Job Description

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Perform follow-up & updates on invoicing and payment status with customers and suppliers.
  • Effective follow through to ensure all documents are up to date.
  • To monitor department attendance and OT claim submission.
  • Perform issuance of administrative documents – Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Orders and etc.
  • Record in/out transaction of documents

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in any field
  • 1 year working experience in related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and meticulous
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in a challenging work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
