Job description:
- Handle sales inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Respond to RFQs and follow-up to secure orders.
- Issue purchase orders and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with local and overseas customers/suppliers.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage shipment arrangements and documentation.
- Maintain customer profiles and job files.
- Coordinate appointments with customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer payments as needed.
- Update ERP system and monitor data.
- Analyze and report customer support division results.
- Develop work instructions and provide travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and engineering department.
- Collaborate with sales, field support, and inter-company personnel.
- Negotiate with group company personnel.
- Support the launch of the new Customer Support Center, including rule creation and schedule management.
Requirements:
- Education Background: Degree in Business Administration, Sales or other fields
- Years of experience: At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Can speak Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
- Possess own transport with valid driving license
