Job Description

  • Report to Japanese MD and Malaysian Manager
  • Support MD's tasks
  • Handle resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Manage employee onboarding, including orientation and documentation
  • Process monthly payroll, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory control
  • Oversee office maintenance, cleaning services, and vendor management
  • Handle company licenses, permits, and renewal processes
  • Manage business correspondence, filing, and document control
  • Arrange business travel, accommodation, and visa processing for employees
  • Handle expatriate work permits and visa applications if applicable
  • Support management in various HR and administrative projects
  • Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and service providers
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and administrative functions

Requirements

  • Diploma above in any field
  • Experience in HR or Admin for 2 years above (either experience is acceptable)

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
