Job Description
- Report to Japanese MD and Malaysian Manager
- Support MD's tasks
- Handle resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage employee onboarding, including orientation and documentation
- Process monthly payroll, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory control
- Oversee office maintenance, cleaning services, and vendor management
- Handle company licenses, permits, and renewal processes
- Manage business correspondence, filing, and document control
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, and visa processing for employees
- Handle expatriate work permits and visa applications if applicable
- Support management in various HR and administrative projects
- Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and service providers
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and administrative functions
Requirements
- Diploma above in any field
- Experience in HR or Admin for 2 years above (either experience is acceptable)
