[Japanese Speaker] Sales Coordinator - Subang Jaya (Ref ID:13093)
Job description:
・Assist to register new and potential customer profile for business sales references purpose.
・To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
・Responsibilities include processing sales, coordinating and scheduling transportation of delivery
parts.
・To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
・Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
・To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadline.
・To perform any other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Department.
Requirements:
・ Education Background: Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or any field
・ Years of experience: Fresh graduate can apply but preferable with experience.
・ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc).
・ Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Japanese.
・Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required
