Job Description
- Managing overall CKD & CBU Sales section.
- CKD stocks planning & allocation, CBU stocks planning & order receiving.
- Monitoring of overall CKD & CBU incentive program & dealer’s activities/programs.
- Strategizing on CKD & CBU sales (campaigns, dealer’s activities/events).
- Supervising regional SPs.
- Responsible for Dealer’s Sales Performance and development.
- Asist in managing the departments.
- Arranging the monthly report to the management.
- Monitoring Monthly sales report.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in the dealers sales networking.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to travel outstation, extended hours and participate in weekend events.
- Excel supervision, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, customers oriented and outgoing personality.
