We are seeking a vibrant and outgoing candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant!
Job Scopes:
- Provide high quality, excellent customer service experience to patients/guests that reflect the values of the Company.
- Disseminating information to patients on various services/facilities available to hospital.
- Resolve customer's enquiry effectively through walk in or calls to meet patient's expectation.
- Liaise with other services in addressing patient’s needs.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in healthcare, customer service, or related field is required for this position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills & pleasant personality.
- Able to work shifts and on weekends.
