Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute thematic campaigns and launch campaigns tailor made to local big accounts, aligning on Atome’s business objectives and key accounts' goals, devise a production and delivery plan to meet all objectives.
  • Liaise with creative and external agencies to ensure the campaign’s creatives are conceptualised, delivered and approved to the internal and external stakeholder's satisfaction on time.
  • Oversee project management to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks across all relevant stakeholders, including the local leadership team and country leaders, to meet campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, implementing optimization strategies to ensure goals are met. Generate detailed reports that provide strategic insights and analysis on campaign performance and delivery.
  • Produce impactful case studies and post-campaign presentations to showcase campaign success, supporting the account management team in future client pitches.

Requirement:

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or partnership roles.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with e-commerce or retail clients in sectors such as fashion, beauty, travel, or lifestyle.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on expertise in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the local market and experience influencing local business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations.
