1. Payroll Administration/HRIS system:-
- a) To ensure HRIS are updated timely with 100% accuracy;
- b) Overtime & time management checking;
- c) Prepare monthly payroll processing;
- d) Prepare reports for statutory submissions and ensure payments are accurate and on-time;
- e) Prepare HR Monthly Manpower and Analysis Report;
- f) Preparation of EA forms, Maintenance of personal records including leaves administration
2. Recruitment :-
- a) Prepare job posting / upload job advertisement;
- b) Shortlist suitable candidates for further review by relevant dept manager;
- c) Coordinate interview process and conduct interview when required;
- d) Make pre-employment and recruitment arrangements as per company’s practice;
- e) Organize new hire orientation program and notify relevant dept manager.
3. People Management Activity:
- a) Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources team;
- b) Manage employees’ grievances and escalate if necessary to HR Manager;
- c) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- d) Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Assist the Management on all disciplinary matters i.e. counseling, disciplinary letters, staffs’ grievances and guide both employee and Management on all industrial relations or employment labour issues and laws;

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
