Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Plan stock, perform inventory planning and purchase goods for respective stores
- Perform inventory database for both consumables and food raw materials.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers
- Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed
- Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store
- Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Ensure food served at the highest quality level
Requirement
- Minimum education qualification: SPM
- Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Willing to be based at the retail’s location
- Ability to commute/relocate to Kuala Lumpur / Genting Highland before starting work (Required)
