  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Plan stock, perform inventory planning and purchase goods for respective stores
  • Perform inventory database for both consumables and food raw materials.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers
  • Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed
  • Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store
  • Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Ensure food served at the highest quality level

Requirement

  • Minimum education qualification: SPM
  • Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Willing to be based at the retail’s location
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Kuala Lumpur / Genting Highland before starting work (Required)
