As a Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Supplier Quality Compliance at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…


Your key responsibilities:


  • Own and report on all quality issues associated with assigned suppliers, ensuring effective communication of material quality issues to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for assigned suppliers, verifying their effectiveness and timeliness, and participate in supplier site visits where applicable.
  • Participate in the Material Review Board for reviewing and disposing of supplier nonconforming materials, and lead supplier quality performance reviews.
  • Assist in supplier qualification/disqualification by assessing manufacturing/technological capabilities and quality system adequacy, and stay updated on changes affecting supply/demand.
  • Lead or participate in Change Control related to supplier quality, establish Raw Material Specifications and Quality Agreements with key suppliers, and promote continuous improvement techniques.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external customer and supplier groups on supplier quality matters, excluding audit reports and plans, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

What you will bring to the team:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ science, preferable Materials Science especially Metal or Polymer Science.
  • At least 3 years experiences in supplier audit or quality management.
  • Experiences in material quality, root cause analysis and quality assurance agreement negotiation with supplier.
  • Must have knowledge on ISO9001/ ISO13485.
