JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure the smooth operation of the company by delivering and picking up items safely, promptly, and professionally.
- Dispatch and collect documents and parcels to/from banks, law firms, government departments, customers, suppliers, post offices, etc., for company matters.
- Bank in and cash out cheques for the company.
- Make payments for utilities such as SAJ, TELEKOM, TNB, finance companies, etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Stay well-organized and maintain punctuality, attendance, and proper safekeeping of document records.
- Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties when required.
- Assist other departments as necessary.
- Report directly to the HR/Admin Executive.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid motorbike (B2) and car (D) driving licenses.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
