HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate employee recognition programs, events, and activities.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Promote a positive work culture and foster open communication.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process and assist in setting performance goals.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office and preferably in AI applications.
