  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and account details.
  • Address client concerns and complaints, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Understand client needs and match them with appropriate services or products.
  • Schedule appointments, manage service requests, and track progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare client reports and presentations as needed.
  • Manage appointment calendars and scheduling logistics.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to check on satisfaction and identify potential needs.
  • Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant services.
  • Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to company service standards and quality guidelines.
  • Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and company policies.
