Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and account details.
- Address client concerns and complaints, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Understand client needs and match them with appropriate services or products.
- Schedule appointments, manage service requests, and track progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare client reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage appointment calendars and scheduling logistics.
- Proactively reach out to clients to check on satisfaction and identify potential needs.
- Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant services.
- Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company service standards and quality guidelines.
- Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and company policies.
