Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan daily schedule allocated manpower and provide task planning by daily basis and monitoring mould change from time to time.
- Request materials and to ensure proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e. welding set, hammer & etc.
- Receive drawings, coordinate & liaison with planner.
- Ensure cutting, fitting, and welding follow drawing requirements.
- Compile daily time sheets and reports.
- Conduct toolbox briefing.
- Provide on-the-job training to team members.
- Ensure a safe working environment takes place.
- Responsible to report any workplace accidents to the safety team immediately.
- Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid certificate in welding work.
- Experienced in precast concrete and able to read precast steel mould drawings.
- Hands-on experience in steel mould fabrication, including welding and oxy cutting.
- Experience in supervising workers on the production floor.
- Willing to work shifts and as required (e.g., weekends, public holidays, night shifts).
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Motivated and seeking a long-term career opportunity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
