Job Description
  • To ensure tenancy designs comply with the Tenancy Design Guides and proper document as required with the positioning of our retail malls.
  • To liaise with tenants and also their consultants and contractors on drawings and renovation or upgrading works.
  • To coordinate takeover and handover of tenant lots with the tenants.
  • To provide continuous support ensuring adequate induction, coordination and assistance through the fit-out period.
  • To monitor the site progress to ensure that the compliance and completion schedules are met.
  • To assist special projects as and when required by the management.
  • Support the superior in overseeing and managing other daily building operational matters. This will also include overseeing equipment, maintenance and contractor works’ administration or management.
  • To liaise with other department regarding tenant's billing and quotation submission. (Hoarding Board charges etc)
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development, Interior Design, Architectural Studies or Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, projects, car parking equipment, security and housekeeping would be an added advantage.
  • Passionate, creative and good team player with good communication skills and pleasant disposition.
  • Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize task lists.
  • Knowledge of Autocad, 3D modelling software will be an added advantage.
