JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supply chain activities, including planning and purchasing.
- Handle new projects, ensuring smooth coordination from initiation to completion.
- Manage and receive customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, order fulfillment, and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance, such as delivery status and purchasing metrics.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Handle ad hoc tasks or requirements assigned by superiors or management to support business operations.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role may require liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiar with excel & SAP system
- At least 2 years of experience in planning & experience lead a team before

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
