Key Responsibilities: Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify target markets and establish sales plans across online and offline channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct sales analysis and reporting to identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and conversion rates.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content and managing online communities.

Lead Generation & Online Sales Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using inbound marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and manage online sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel and optimize ROI.

Roadshow Planning & Support:

  • Plan, coordinate, and support roadshows and offline marketing events to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set objectives for roadshows and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content for events.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure and report on marketing and promotional campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Content Creation & Brand Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality marketing materials such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans.
  • Identify potential brand collaborations and establish partnerships.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and customer service, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members by sharing best practices in digital marketing and event planning.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in any business-related field etc. marketing
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience in sales and marketing jobs
  • Possess own transportation
  • Required languages: English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good team player/ Able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
