  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Conduct market surveys and promote Green Integrated Base Stabiliser (GIBS) products and services to consultants, local authorities, and potential clients.
  • Actively follow up on quotations, projects, and events to identify and drive business opportunities.
  • Provide expert information and advice in response to customer inquiries.
  • Offer detailed insights on costing, cost comparisons, BQs, installation methods, and more.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales, marketing, and technical strategies to drive business growth.
  • Assist with project tenders, conduct site visits, and ensure smooth project execution by monitoring progress, capturing key visuals, addressing site issues, collaborating with contractors, providing technical support, and advising on the appropriate soil stabilizer percentage based on soil test results.
  • Prepare and manage materials for exhibitions and events.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with logistics and clients to ensure timely delivery and accurate quantities.
  • Participate in laboratory testing for quality control, ensuring compliance with Malaysia JKR specifications.

Job Requirements;

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Marketing & Business Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the building materials industry. Knowledge of soil stabilization materials is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good listening and writing abilities.
  • Capable of presenting ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
  • Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel outstation.
